Prior to her work at Unisono, María del Pino Velázquez worked as Customer Service Director at Airtel Mobile (now Vodafone) and was a member of the chairman’s office and the strategic planning department of Banco Central Hispano, now Banco Santander. Following this experience, she founded Unisono in 1999, creating a business consultancy firm that manages companies’ business processes and offers innovative and precise consultancy services. According to del Pino Velázquez: “The winners in our industry will be those who both can apply the right technologies to the clients’ business needs and can integrate these technologies with the operation.”
