When Rajitha Boer founded Yerra Solutions in 2013, she decided to locate the company in Basel, Switzerland, as she believed the country’s distinct environment would perfectly suit the company’s own culture. The formation of the company came after she had gained nearly two decades of experience working in the legal and IP departments of various global firms, after which she found her own way by creating a new concept for consultancy services. At Yerra Solutions, she leads 180 professionals located in offices across Europe, North America and Asia. Boer’s career has been further strengthened by an MBA in information systems, in addition to an MSc in computer information systems.
