Chief of Mitsubishi Corporation in Japan, Ken Kobayashi is a man of principles. He believes in the paramount importance for any company to maintain principles of transparency and openness by conducting business with integrity and fairness. He has been admired for his support following the Fukushima earthquake and tsunami in north-eastern Japan. Kobayashi holds an LLB from the University of Tokyo and has a long history with Mitsubishi, having moved across several divisions before becoming CEO. He oversees Japan’s largest trading company, employing 50,000 workers over a multitude of industries.
